Dr. Natalia Sikaczowski, PT, DPT, CSCS, BFR-C

Dr. Natalia Sikaczowski founded Symmetry Physical Therapy in 2013 with the fundamental belief that patients should be treated on an individual basis. Dr. Natalia believes patients should be given a diverse array of treatment modalities and techniques, along with a progressive and varied exercise and stretching program, to ensure maximum recovery. This all-encompassing approach, along with Dr. Natalia’s strong background in strength and conditioning, has led to Symmetry’s successful treatment programs for patients looking to get back into sport, recover from injury, or beat chronic pain.

Dr. Sowinski’s interest in physical therapy and sports performance started at an early age when he participated in several sports, inspiring his passion for movement, sports performance, and treatment of musculoskeletal impairments. Tim played football and baseball growing up, and excelled through each level of competition for over 15 years. He worked as a baseball coach for 4 years to provide movement analysis and instruction on pitching, throwing, and hitting working with youth and high school athletes.
