DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY / FOUNDER
Dr. Natalia Sikaczowski, PT, DPT, CSCS, BFR-C
Dr. Natalia Sikaczowski founded Symmetry Physical Therapy in 2014 with the fundamental belief that patients should be treated on an individual basis. Dr. Natalia believes patients should be given a diverse array of treatment modalities and techniques, along with a progressive and varied exercise and stretching program, to ensure maximum recovery. This all-encompassing approach, along with Dr. Natalia’s strong background in strength and conditioning, has led to Symmetry’s successful treatment programs for patients looking to get back into sport, recover from injury, or beat chronic pain.

Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Anna Lynch, PT, DPT
Anna received her Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She began her career working in neurological rehabilitation and pediatrics and has transitioned to outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.
She is currently working toward becoming a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art. This advanced certification is based on the concept that all tissues are interconnected, thus one must address the mechanical, neuromuscular, and motor control systems in order to achieve efficient balance and movement. The certification also incorporates components of the Feldenkrais Method®, an approach that uses gentle, mindful movement to improve awareness, strength, and coordination.
Anna has a passion for teaching. Her goal is for each of her patients to learn and understand more about their bodies. She addresses the whole system rather than focusing solely on the area where the pain is experienced. She believes mental health and wellness are an important part of any pain management approach and she is efficient in recognizing pain patterns that could be related to outside stressors. She helps provide her patients with the resources needed to improve their outcomes.
Doctor of Physical Therapy / Pelvic Floor Therapist / Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist
Dr. Krisia Gattas, PT, DPT
Dr. Krisia Gattas specializes in pelvic floor and cancer rehabilitation. She received her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and graduated Suma Cum Laude as a doctor of physical therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She became passionate about pelvic floor rehab during one of her clinical placements, and has pursued learning and practicing pelvic rehab ever since!
Dr. Gattas’s interest in becoming a physical therapist arose from helping PT missionaries translate from English to Spanish during their trips to Honduras, where she was born and raised. She immediately saw the high demand and low supply of therapists in Honduras and in developing countries, and she wanted to make sure she could someday help them.
